We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Remember to enclose a note with your order number and whether you want the money back. Exchange is most easily done by returning the item and placing a new order in the shop.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When you send the item back to us, please save the postal receipt that documents that you have returned the item. We do not compensate for items lost during return.
To start a return, you can contact us at gecko@gecko.eco. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Please pay attention the items sent back to us without first requesting a return would not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Once we have received the item, you can either choose to exchange it or to receive a refund. You are responsible for return postage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
